These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of teteestudio.com, operated by TETEE Studio. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
Products
Products are made to order and printed on demand. Colours and placement may vary slightly from mockups due to screen settings, garment colour, and production processes. Mockups are representative, not exact guarantees.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or discontinue products at any time.
Orders and pricing
When you place an order, you offer to purchase products at the prices displayed. We may accept or reject orders at our discretion. Prices and availability may change without notice. Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout where applicable.
Payment is processed through Shopify's secure checkout. Your order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email.
Fulfilment
Orders are produced and shipped by Printful or its fulfilment partners from facilities selected based on destination and availability. Production and delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
Shipping and customs
Shipping terms are set out in our Shipping Policy. International customers are responsible for import duties, taxes, and customs fees unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Returns and refunds
Because products are custom-made, returns are limited. See our Refund Policy for full details.
Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including designs, graphics, logos, text, and product images — is owned by TETEE Studio or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or exploit Site content without written permission.
Prohibited use
You may not use the Site unlawfully, attempt to interfere with its operation, scrape content, or use automated systems to access the Site without permission.
Disclaimer
The Site and products are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement where allowed.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TETEE Studio shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TETEE Studio from claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts in Hong Kong shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.
Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
